Robbie has coached nationally and sectionally ranked juniors, top collegiate players, and men's and women's circuit professionals. He is revered for his ability to motivate players and bring out their individual talents.

He has coached at the U.S. Open and Junior U.S. Open for many years. Robbie's skills at maximizing a player's potential, his hard work ethic, and his never give up attitude have led his players to succeed at levels they never dreamed possible.
